4. Making Students Confused

Because UMS and IMM have similar subjects and names, IMM says students may get mixed up. IMM wants to make sure people know the difference between the two schools.

 

What Does UMS Say About This?

UMS disagrees with IMM and says:

• They did not copy IMM’s names or designs.
• They followed the peace agreement from 2019.
• Their advertising is honest and clear.

As they went deeper into the forest, they suddenly saw a big bear coming toward them!

Raju quickly climbed a nearby tree. He did not wait for Mohan. He forgot his promise.

Mohan did not know how to climb trees. He was very scared. But he remembered that bears do not hurt dead people.

So, Mohan lay down on the ground. He held his breath and stayed very still. He pretended to be dead.

The bear came near Mohan. It sniffed his ears and face. Mohan did not move at all. The bear thought he was dead and walked away slowly into the trees.

After the bear left, Raju came down from the tree. He laughed and asked, “What did the bear whisper in your ear?”

Mohan looked at Raju and said, “The bear told me not to trust a friend who leaves you in danger.”

Raju felt ashamed. He had run away and left his friend alone when he needed help the most.

 

Moral of the Story:

• A friend in need is a friend indeed.

• True friends never leave each other in danger.

• In times of trouble, real friendship is tested.

• Don’t break promises to your friends.

• Be brave and loyal like a true friend.

This story teaches us about real friendship. Raju was not a true friend because he ran away. Mohan was left alone but still stayed calm and smart. We must always stand by our friends, especially when they need us the most.

One hot afternoon, a hungry fox was walking through the forest. He had not eaten anything all day. He was tired, thirsty, and looking for food.

As he walked, he saw a grapevine hanging over a tall tree branch. On the vine were bunches of juicy, purple grapes. They looked very tasty.

“Wow! Those grapes look so sweet and ripe,” said the fox. “They will be perfect to eat.”

The fox jumped to reach the grapes, but they were too high.

He stepped back and ran fast to jump higher. Still, he could not reach them.

He tried again and again. He jumped, he climbed, he stretched. But the grapes were still out of reach.

Finally, the fox sat down under the tree. He was tired and angry. After thinking for a while, he stood up and said loudly, “Those grapes are probably sour. I don’t want them anyway!”

He turned around and walked away.

But deep inside, the fox was sad. He really wanted those grapes, but he didn’t want to admit that he couldn’t get them. So, he pretended not to care.

 

Moral of the Story:

• It is easy to say something is bad when you can’t have it.

• Don’t hate what you can’t get—work harder next time.

• Accept your failure and try to do better instead of making excuses.

• Be honest with yourself.

• Don’t pretend something isn’t good just because you failed to get it.

This story teaches us not to make excuses when we fail. The fox could not get the grapes, so he said they were sour. But the truth is, he wanted them badly. Sometimes we do the same. Instead of saying “I can’t,” we say “It’s not worth it.” But it’s better to accept our mistakes and try again next time.

So, always try your best, and if you fail, don’t make excuses. Learn from your mistake and try again. That is how we grow strong and wise!

Once upon a time, there was a young boy who lived in a small village. Every day, he took his sheep to a grassy hill nearby. His job was to watch the sheep and keep them safe.

But the boy got bored. There was no one to play with, and watching sheep was not fun.

One day, he had an idea. “What if I shout that a wolf is coming? That will be exciting!” he thought.

So the boy shouted loudly, “Wolf! Wolf! A wolf is attacking the sheep!”

The villagers heard him and ran up the hill with sticks in their hands. But when they got there, they saw no wolf. The sheep were safe, and the boy was laughing.

“You tricked us!” they said angrily. “Don’t lie like that!”

The next day, the boy did it again. He shouted, “Wolf! Wolf!”

Again, the villagers came running. But there was no wolf. The boy laughed and laughed.

“You must not lie,” the villagers warned. “Next time, we may not believe you.”

On the third day, a real wolf came out of the forest. It started chasing the sheep!

The boy was very scared. He shouted, “Wolf! Wolf! Please help! A real wolf is here!”

But the villagers thought he was lying again. No one came to help.

The wolf ran after the sheep and scattered them all. The boy was very sad.

That evening, he went to the village and said, “I am sorry. I lied before. But today, the wolf was real.”

The villagers said, “We’re sorry for your sheep, but now you know why it is wrong to lie.”

 

Moral of the Story:

• Always tell the truth.

• If you lie, people won’t believe you even when you tell the truth.

• Lying can lead to real problems.

• Trust is easy to lose and hard to get back.

• Being honest makes you a better person.

This story teaches us how important it is to be honest. Even one lie can make people stop trusting us. So, always speak the truth and be a good person.

Once upon a time, in a big green forest, there lived a fast and proud hare. He loved to brag about how quickly he could run. “I am the fastest animal in the forest! No one can beat me!” he would say every day.

One day, a slow and steady tortoise heard the hare. He smiled and said, “I may be slow, but I can race you.”

The hare laughed loudly. “You? Race me? That’s funny! But sure, let’s race!”

The next morning, all the animals gathered to watch the race. The fox was the judge. “On your marks, get set, go!” said the fox.

The hare ran very fast and soon left the tortoise far behind. After running for a while, the hare looked back and saw the tortoise was nowhere close.

“This tortoise is so slow. I’ll take a nap under this tree. He will never catch up,” thought the hare.

The hare slept for a long time. Meanwhile, the tortoise kept walking—slowly, step by step—but he didn’t stop.

After a while, the hare woke up. “Let me finish the race now,” he said. But to his shock, the tortoise was almost at the finish line!

The hare ran as fast as he could, but it was too late. The tortoise crossed the finish line first.

All the animals cheered for the tortoise. The hare felt sad and learned a big lesson.

Moral of the Story:
Slow and steady wins the race.
